- Our customers are very important to us. We endeavour to always let customers know what is going on with their order and reply to customer queries as soon as we can. If you have placed an order and haven’t received a confirmation email please check you have typed the correct email address into your login details. If you have, then please check your junk folder as some spam filters can be very aggressive. If you have emailed us and we haven’t replied please check your junk folder. If you can’t find a response then please re-send your query with a different subject header as our junk mail filter can also be aggressive!
